The year is 2022. Mental health awareness is openly discussed more than ever. Conversations are taking place, people are seeking help, and many are getting the treatment that they need.

This week, I challenge you to spend just five minutes reflecting on the topics brought to you by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

Most of all, I encourage you to spend time in prayer today, October 4th. This is a great opportunity to be thankful and grateful for all of the positive things in your life, and to ask for help in the areas that you need most.

Have a blessed Tuesday!

Prayer

Heavenly Father, giver of life and health: comfort and relieve those challenged by serious and chronic mental and emotional illnesses. Give your power of healing to those who minister to their needs, that they may be strengthened in their weakness and have confidence in your loving care: through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
